**Please note that some larger size Hahnemuhle products (A2 size sheets, 17in, 24in, 36in, 44in, 60in and 64in rolls) are shipped from our supplier and are not on a next day service. Please call us on 0203 968 3333 to enquire about next day delivery on Hahnemuhle products.

For smaller orders (approximately equivalent to two A4/25 sheet or one A4/50 boxes of paper), we offer a range of delivery options, depending on the location of the delivery address:

UK Standard (under 2kg): £3.90
UK Standard (over 2kg): £6.50 (can be tracked, does not require a signature on delivery)
UK Express: £7.50 (can be tracked, requires signature on delivery)
International Standard: £52.00
International Express: £60.00 (can be tracked, requires a signature on delivery)
Occasionally we do experience issues when delivering to rural areas, and the delivery may cost more in these instances. For customers based in rural locations, we recommend that you contact us before placing your order. For any unwanted goods, you will need to notify us as promptly as possible. Please be aware we aim to have all orders shipped within 24 hours. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days of your purchase. We will not accept unwanted returned goods that have been used or opened.
Should you receive any products that show defects in material or workmanship, Fine Art Foto will fully refund you, providing it is within 30 days of purchase. We strongly advise to check your order promptly on arrival, to avoid being outside the 30 day guarantee. If you see any physical damage with your parcel on arrival, please make sure to sign for the shipment as damaged with your local courier.

If your item is not in stock, we place it on back order for you. You will be emailed with the status of the order and given the option to cancel if you wish.
Please note: We have limited space in our warehouse and therefore only stock a selection of Hahnemühle products larger than A3+ on site. Products we do not stock on site are subject to a 2-3 working day delivery time. We closely monitor buying trends and aim to stock the most popular products.
