Delivery Options

**Picture Frames**

Please note: Lead times for Photo Frames is 7-10 working days.

For smaller orders (approximately equivalent to two A4/25 sheet or one A4/50 boxes of paper), we offer a range of delivery options, depending on the location of the delivery address:

• UK Standard; most items normally arrive within 24 hours but can take up to 7 days to arrive, once dispatch is confirmed. Please note we cannot offer tracking for this delivery service.
• UK Tracked; items usually arrive within 24 hours of dispatch being confirmed. This is a tracked service, we are able to provide status updates on request.

**Please note delivery terms below for EU and International Orders:

Our terms of shipment are DAP (DELIVERED AT PLACE)
You as the receiver of the goods must pay any duties/taxes that may occur in your country
Based on the value of the goods
Shipments are taking longer approx. 7-8 days
Commercial invoice will be attached to the package for custom clearance in the UK/Border CP

• International Standard; for customers based in Europe, deliveries on this service usually take 3-7 days to arrive. For customers based outside of the UK or Europe, deliveries on this service usually take 5-12 days to arrive.
• International Express; requires a signature on delivery. Usually takes 2-5 days to arrive in Europe and 3-7 days for deliveries outside of the UK and Europe.

For larger orders, a signature will be required on delivery.

• UK Express; requires signature on delivery, usually arrives within 24 hours of dispatch being confirmed, with full tracking information.
• International Express; requires signature on delivery, usually takes 2-5 days to arrive in Europe and 3-7 days for deliveries outside of the UK and Europe.

Delivery costs

UK Standard (under 2kg): £3.90
UK Express: £7.50 (can be tracked, requires signature on delivery)
Europe: £85.00
International/Far East : £225.00 (can be tracked, requires a signature on delivery)

Occasionally we do experience issues when delivering to rural areas, and the delivery may cost more in these instances. For customers based in rural locations, we recommend that you contact us before placing your order. Please call us on 0203 968 3333 (9am -5pm, Monday-Friday) or email us: sales@fineartfoto.co.uk so that we can confirm the exact delivery cost to your location.

Returns Policy 

For any unwanted goods, you will need to notify us as promptly as possible. Please be aware we aim to have all orders shipped within 24 hours. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days of your purchase. We will not accept unwanted returned goods that have been used or opened.

Should you receive any products that show defects in material or workmanship, Fine Art Foto will fully refund you, providing it is within 30 days of purchase. We strongly advise to check your order promptly on arrival, to avoid being outside the 30 day guarantee. If you see any physical damage with your parcel on arrival, please make sure to sign for the shipment as damaged with your local courier.

When reporting an issue, please provide us with the following information;

• Full name 
• Order Number 
• Product Information/Code
• Description of the fault
• Picture of the fault

Back orders for items not in stock

If your item is not in stock, we place it on back order for you. You will be emailed with the status of the order and given the option to cancel if you wish.

Please note: We have limited space in our warehouse and therefore only stock a selection of Hahnemühle products larger than A3+ on site.  We closely monitor buying trends and aim to stock the most popular products.
