If you decide you are not happy with your goods, and they are not damaged, you can return them to us within 14 days of delivery. Any goods you return to us need to be unopened and undamaged. If you would like to return the item(s) for a full refund, you must inform us in writing, email: email@example.com, prior to sending the goods back to us.
If you are not happy with the state of the goods on delivery please sign the delivery note as ‘damaged’ and inform us immediately. Alternatively you can refuse delivery of the goods but you must contact us immediately.
We recommend that you thoroughly inspect all packages for signs of damage to ensure that the items are in a good condition before signing for them.
